At the Center of Excellence in Command, Control and Interoperability (C2I) researchers and educators develop faster ways for data to be collected, distilled, managed, visualized, understood, and shared before, during, and after a crisis.  The C2I Center is creating a foundation in visual and data analytics to enable swiftly sifting through a tsunami of information, in diverse forms, to get early warning of potential threats.
